Transfer credit may be granted when a course from another accredited post-secondary institution is equivalent to a course in the Faculty of Arts & Science.
If you have completed courses at another college or university, you may be able to receive credit for these courses to apply toward your degree in the Faculty of Arts & Science. You may also receive transfer credit for the following secondary school curricula:
- Advanced Placement (AP)
- Cambridge Pre-University Diploma
- Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE)
- French Baccalaureate Program
- General Certificate of Education (GCE), Advanced Level
- International Baccalaureate (IB), Higher Level
- Singapore-Cambridge GCE, Advanced Level

Students who are transferring from another U of T campus or faculty, or who completed a first degree at U of T.

Current Faculty of Arts & Science students who wish to take courses at another university, including students participating in exchange programs.
